Restoration of a traditional corner commercial building with living space above. Scope of Work included Historic Restoration of 2000 SF two-story corner building, demolition of attached non-historic structures, and construction of 1500 SF addition accommodating office and retail space on ground floor with residential apartment above.
- Historic building fabric retained and restored per Department of Interior Standards; project approved for Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit
- Open plan with vaulted ceilings featured in new rear apartment
