The design preserves this home’s unique flowing interior space and details, while accommodating contemporary finishes and design in the renovated children’s bath and new master bath. The addition of a new kitchen and dining terrace opens the home’s living spaces to the beauty of adjoining Audubon Park.
- Scope of Work included restoration of historic finishes within existing two-story 3500 SF house and 500 SF addition accommodating new kitchen and dining terrace
- New Master Suite blends historic finishes with contemporary Master Bath
- Design accommodated installation of new architectural lighting and HVAC system with geothermal heat pump
